We'll be serving Ehomaki again thisyear.
This year, Setsubun falls onSunday, February 2nd.
The direction is southwest-west.
The ingredients are rape blossoms, cucumber, kanpyo (dried gourd), shiitake mushrooms, oboro (brothmade from simmered soy sauce), and tamagoyaki (rolled egg).
The selling price is 420 yen for ahalf roll, or 830 yen for a whole roll.
Reservations can be made in-store until January 31st.
Manager says this is a vinegared sushi that even people who aren't big fans of vinegar can enjoy.
Please give it a try.

Today we received an order for a luxurious bento box containing grilled Aomori Kuroge Wagyu beef,grilled silver cod in Kyoto style, and pork fillet cutlet.
Since we do not handle raw fish such as sashimi, the appeal is somewhat less, but we are confident inthe safety of the food that has been heat-treated.
We look forward to receivingorders for bentos like this.

As the year changes, we have received an order for the Coming of Age Ceremony.
We have adjusted the tempura in the Tenmusu bento to include black rice tempura musu, red ricetempura musu, brown rice tempura musu, and an assortment of tempura musu.
We have also included a variety ofside dishes.
Although we are late, we hope to receive your continued support this year.
